Witness Mr. Han introduced that at around 9 o'clock last night, he saw on his way home from Nanba Road that there was a girl lying on the edge of a commercial-residential building, with her hands hanging in the air, crying continuously. Many residents gathered nearby. Mr. Han felt something was wrong, and some residents recognized that the girl seemed to live on the third floor. He immediately reported it to the police.

She stopped at a distance of 7-8 meters from the girl just in case. At this point, the girl was sitting at the edge of the terrace corner, with both legs inside, extremely dangerous.
