The high speed ratio and high efficiency of a single-stage transmission in a cycloidal pinwheel reducer can achieve a reduction ratio of 1:87, with an efficiency of over 90%. The cycloidal pinwheel reducer is reliable and has a long service life because the main parts are made of high-carbon chromium steel material, which is heat-treated (HRC58-62) to obtain high strength.
