In this cool autumn season, filled with fruit fragrance and brimming with vigor and vitality, during this time of harvest and success, we celebrate the 55th anniversary of the founding of our great motherland and the first BMW Cup Games organized by the ** County Business Council's Individual and Private Association. This is a significant event for ** County, fully illustrating the healthy and rapid development of ** County's individual and private economies. At this point, I, on behalf of ** County, extend warm congratulations on the convening of the Games.
In recent years, under strong government support and correct guidance, the county's individual and private economies have rapidly developed in economic strength. 70% of the county’s fiscal revenue comes from the individual and private economy, which supports half of the county's economy and is the most dynamic factor in the county's economic development. Currently, the total number of individual industrial and commercial households in the county is 4364, employing 6566 people, with 621 private enterprises employing 140,186 people. They not only inject great vitality into the development of the county's economy but also play a positive role in transferring urban and rural surplus labor, reducing employment pressure, and opening up broader employment opportunities for laid-off workers. All these achievements are thanks to the county government's continuous efforts to optimize the investment environment, implement preferential investment policies, transform government functions, develop the private economy, innovate the economic development environment, and the concerted efforts of the private sector within the county. Here, on behalf of the 300,000 people of all nationalities in the county, including the Han people, I thank you for your enormous contributions to the county's economic development and growth.
Economic development will inevitably bring about the great development of culture, sports, and other social undertakings, developing rapidly. In the recently concluded 23rd Olympic Games, our athletes achieved impressive results in the gold medal standings, not only fully demonstrating the rapid development of China’s sports undertakings but also showcasing the tenacious struggle and courageous spirit of the Chinese nation. I hope that the first BMW Cup Games organized by the Trade and Industry Bureau and the individual and private associations will become a joyous, peaceful, and encouraging gathering for all participants. Athletes and referees must adhere to the principle of racing out their level and style with concrete actions.
At the same time, I hope that the Industrial and Commercial law enforcement agencies can use this sports meeting to establish an external image, showing the majority of individual and private members of the Association, an aggressive corporate open innovation and mental outlook of the industry, cultivating unity and cooperation and seeking common development concepts and awareness, participating in fitness, enhancing physical fitness, enhancing communication and understanding between each other, and better contributing to the county's economic development, social development, and the people living and working in peace and contentment.
The business sector would like to take the convening of this Games as an opportunity to establish large-scale investment, development, and openness ideas, improve management, enhance service awareness, innovate the economic development environment, and better serve the local economy, making unremitting efforts!
