China News, Zhaoqing, February 15 - (Reported by Huang Yaoguang, Wei Shiming) A nine-year-old niece Huang Jiaxin immediately followed and rushed out of the door to climb onto a stranger's black car in an attempt to climb through the window and snatch back her younger brother who was just about to turn one year old and had been abducted by a stranger. On February 15th, the Fengkai police stated to the media that regardless of how much time has passed, they still remember it clearly: the abducted infant boy has been successfully rescued, and a man and a woman suspected of child abduction have been arrested by the police.
According to the police, when Mr. and Mrs. Huang Sen from the rental house on the old street of Jinzhuang Town, Fengkai County, Guangdong Province went out to work, they left behind their parents, a three-year-old daughter, and a son who was about to turn one year old at home. Also living together with them was their nine-year-old niece Huang Jiaxin.
The police reported that at around 2 p.m. on January 16th, Huang Jiaxin was playing with her younger sister and brother on the bamboo bed at home while her grandmother was boiling water in the kitchen. Suddenly, a strange man rushed into the house, picked up the infant boy who was not yet one year old, and started walking out. Huang Jiaxin immediately rushed towards the stranger's black car to try to snatch back her younger brother. The strange man then handed the infant boy over to the woman in the passenger seat and drove off. Seeing this, Huang Jiaxin tightly grabbed the left rearview mirror of the car.
According to the police, the car did not stop but instead accelerated around a corner towards the provincial road. While speeding, the man kept punching Huang Jiaxin's small hands in an attempt to throw her off the roadside, causing her shoes to fall off, and her heels, toes, and knees to be rubbed and bleed as she was dragged for over 100 meters. Eventually, due to exhaustion, Huang Jiaxin fainted at the entrance of the town health center. A local female boss, Mo Xuemin, discovered her and thought it was a car accident, so she called the police and tried to save her.
Ms. Mo informed the police that after recognizing Huang Jiaxin as her neighbor, she woke her up. Upon waking, Huang Jiaxin's first sentence was "My younger brother is still in the car, he was taken away by someone," prompting Ms. Mo to report the incident to the police again.
After receiving the report, the police immediately requested nearby forces to intercept the suspect vehicle and conducted checks and visits at the scene of the incident. The police said that after meticulous investigation, the male infant was successfully rescued in Qiaotou Town, Huaiji County, and two suspects, a man and a woman, were also caught by the police. (End)
