Our reporter (communicator Ming Yu, reporter Ying Sun) - Two brothers who look alike have long shared the same name. The younger brother bit a city management officer while obstructing official duties, which led to the elder brother being wanted online for a long time. Ultimately, the younger brother turned himself in to the police out of guilt. Recently, Feng Erqiang, the younger brother, was prosecuted for obstructing official duties at the Shijingshan Court.

In June 1985, a big baby boy was born into the Feng family in a rural area of Kaifeng County, Henan Province. In November of the following year, their second son was born. The Feng couple went to the police station to register both sons' household registration together, naming the eldest son Feng Daqiang and the second son Feng Yuqiang, with the nickname Feng Erqiang. However, somewhere along the line, there was a mix-up, and the names the Feng couple had chosen for their sons were swapped. On the household registration book, the eldest son's name became Feng Yuzhuang, and the second son's name became Feng Erqiang. In daily life, the Feng family still called the eldest son Daqiang and the second son Yuqiang. From then on, the name Feng Yuzhuang became the legal name of the eldest son but also the nickname of the second son.

In 2006, Feng Erqiang, the second son, wanted to apply for a B-class driver's license. According to the relevant regulations of the local government, one must be at least 21 years old to apply for a B-class driver's license, and Feng Erqiang did not meet the conditions. Therefore, he applied using his brother’s name and ID number. After obtaining the driver's license, Feng Erqiang again used his brother's name to get an ID card and came to Beijing, where he started driving unlicensed taxis.

On April 21, 2008, Feng Erqiang was soliciting passengers near Yuchuan Road in Shijingshan District when he was caught by Li Mou and others from the Shijingshan Urban Management Team. Feng Erqiang bit down hard, causing abrasions on Li Mou's right forearm, which was identified as a minor injury. Feng Erqiang fled after the incident and later worked in Guangzhou.

In October 2009, Feng Daqiang, the elder brother, was preparing to get married and returned to his hometown to apply for a second-generation ID card under the name Feng Yuzhuang as per the household registration book. However, the police officers told him that "Feng Yuzhuang" had already obtained a second-generation ID card and had committed a crime in Beijing, currently being wanted online. Feng Daqiang was greatly surprised and found out through reviewing the photos that it was his younger brother impersonating him. Through a series of complicated procedures such as comparison and investigation, the police finally clarified that the elder brother had been wrongly accused and wanted for a long time. In August 2011, Feng Erqiang turned himself in due to feeling guilty about causing trouble for his brother. The prosecution charged Feng Erqiang with obstructing official duties. J001
