The management committee of Liaocheng Logistics Park takes advantage of rest time to firmly grasp the progress of projects without relaxation. On October 4th, the logistics park invited national-level experts from the logistics industry, such as He Dengcai, Vice President of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, Jiang Chaofeng, President of the China Materials Storage and Transportation Association, and Ma Zengrong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Automotive Logistics Branch of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, to hold a planning seminar on the preliminary planning of the automobile and auto parts logistics project invested by Dayun Group. The seminar was presided over by Meng Xianchang, member of the Party Working Committee of Liaocheng Economic Development Zone and Director of the Management Committee of Liaocheng Logistics Park. Xu Xiaohua, Deputy Director of the Development Division of Liaocheng Planning Bureau, Wen Yongmao, Director of the Planning Institute of Liaocheng Construction Planning and Design Institute, relevant personnel from Dayun Wanshili Logistics Co., Ltd., and the logistics park attended the seminar.
Based on listening to the situation introduced by the responsible persons of relevant units at the seminar, each expert proposed positive suggestions and feasible solutions from different angles regarding the planning, operation model, and development strategy of the project within their respective fields of expertise. The project's positioning was clarified: it aims to build a Dayun heavy truck spare parts distribution center, a commercial vehicle regional maintenance center, and various automotive spare parts logistics centers. At the same time, three combinations were proposed for the project's operations: the combination of after-sales service spare parts logistics with whole vehicle logistics, the combination of Dayun brand with other well-known automobile brands, and the combination of service areas in Shandong administrative region with economic regions such as northern Henan and southern Hebei.
The experts not only laid a solid scientific foundation for the planning, construction, and future operation of Dayun Group's automobile and auto parts logistics project but also proposed new concepts and innovative requirements for the development direction of the logistics park. The Liaocheng Logistics Park Management Committee stated that they will take this seminar as an opportunity to gradually shift the recruitment model from push-based recruitment to mechanism-based recruitment and market self-driven recruitment, further promoting the implementation and construction of the project, striving to quickly promote the operation of the project and achieve benefits as soon as possible.
