Good news for pregnant women, expecting mothers come in quickly

I met Teacher Wang Xin in 2008 at a workshop in Beijing on Anna's Anusara Yoga. I was deeply impressed by her continuous questioning, and thought she was a very sunny person who was willing to share. Back then, she was already teaching prenatal yoga and constantly discussing with the teacher how to apply the principles of Anusara alignment to prenatal yoga. I felt that every question she asked was very professional and well-prepared after her own contemplation. Later, I found out that she was also a doctor like me. We didn't have much connection during our studies, but we became more familiar with each other on QQ later. We appreciated each other, knowing that both of us were serious about what we were doing, feeling our way forward in the jungle. I kept hearing about her making her own path in prenatal yoga, postpartum recovery yoga, and parent-child yoga, giving training in different cities across the country. This time it was really coincidental that Teacher Wang Xin had just finished a five-day training session in Zhuhai and was going to attend LOIS's advanced Anusara training in Guangzhou, so I forced her to give a public class on prenatal yoga at Xingya, as this field is blank at Xingya, but I know many friends have a need.
