The beveling machine can perform 45-degree bevel or polygonal cuts, suitable for cross-stitch frames, oil painting frames, wooden strips, etc. It is widely used in the processing of cross-stitch picture frames, photo studios, and oil painting frame production.

The beveling machine uses a workbench linear motion design. This machine is suitable for cutting and beveling picture frames, photo frames, wooden strips, furniture, plastic strips, aluminum profiles, and door frames. You can design polygonal patterns and designs based on calculated angles. The movable workbench ensures very stable operation during the cutting process. One of the main features of this product is that it comes with an alloy saw blade which makes contact with the frame strip at a 45-degree angle. When the freshly cut edge of the frame strip is touched, it will not scratch the edge. Conversely, it may easily scratch the edge, leading to an uneven cut and non-sealed corners.

The edges produced by this machine are relatively smooth, without burrs, do not split, and are not sharp to the touch, making the finished picture frames more aesthetically pleasing.

The corner nailing machine is used in conjunction with the beveling machine. This machine is made using imported components and can use nails ranging from 5-10 mm. Its price is among the lowest domestically.

The frame strip - photo frame beveling machine can perform 45-degree beveled or polygonal cuts. The workbench surface is thickened and finely processed through planers and grinders, ensuring no deformation, precise beveling, and smooth cutting surfaces. It is suitable for cross-stitch picture frames, oil painting frames, wooden strips, etc., and is widely used in the processing of cross-stitch frames, photo studios, and oil painting frame production. It has high output, safe and simple operation, durability, and comprehensive after-sales service.

Steps/Methods:

- The "triangular positioning block" on the table should be adjusted to the middle. There are four screw holes on the table for fixing the "triangular positioning block", two in front and two at the back. Secure the "triangular positioning block" with screws in the front screw holes.

- Place a frame strip against it. If the frame strip is too large, then the two screws of the "triangular positioning block" should be secured in the rear screw holes. For small frames, add two rods to prevent the clamps from damaging the small frame strips. After adjusting the positioning block front and back, tighten the screws and adjust the table according to the position where the frame needs to be nailed. The method is: move the table along with the frame strip forward and backward. For example, to nail the outer part of the frame strip, adjust the large screw rod below the rear of the table. To nail the inner part of the frame strip, adjust the large screw rod below the front of the table. Adjust according to your needs and place the required nails into the nail groove.

- If the mold head height does not match, loosen the screws of the mold head and replace it with a matching one. Place the corner nail with the glue side facing up and the convex side toward the back of the machine. After placing it correctly, install the "nail feeder" and put the rubber band on the back of the "nail feeder" (to squeeze the nails). After the nail and adjustment work is done, the two frame strips can be placed on the table for corner assembly.

- A person sits in front of the machine to work, stepping on the pedal with their left foot, causing the machine's clamps to grip the frame strips while the pressing rod comes down simultaneously (be careful not to get your fingers caught in the clamps). First, nail the inside of the frame strip. Hold the middle of the frame strip or the two round rods on the table, push the table forward, do not release the left foot, then step on the nail frame with the right foot.
