Each of them will receive a cash prize of 500 yuan. On November 8th, an eight-year-old girl named Zhouyang Xiang from Huabangqiao Primary School in Yueyang City won the first prize in the older children's group of the Youth Stamp Design Competition at the 27th Asian International Philatelic Exhibition for her creation "Low-carbon Travel." Recently, the organizing committee of the competition officially notified Mr. Yang Shangren, the general collector for the Hunan region.
