Our lives are not as simple as most of us think; we have work issues, family issues, and personal issues as well. Meanwhile, when we are preoccupied with our problems, we don't pay attention to the food we eat and never notice that it has been two years since we last exercised. Meanwhile, our stomachs get bigger, and we still ignore it. We are so caught up in our problems that we don't give ourselves the attention we need. We take care of ourselves last, always saying, "I'll be okay, I just need to fix a few things, and then I'll be fine." But that's not true—first, we need to solve our problems and then address the rest of the issues more conveniently.
So, the first thing I want to talk about is our food. We need to pay attention to it. Why? Because food can affect our entire day. That's right!!! People who eat junk food gain weight and are never satisfied, so they eat more. And what about people who love candies and desserts? They consume a lot of sugar, and what does sugar do? It makes you tired and unfocused, reducing your effectiveness at work. We need to eat properly, never skip meals, and have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Don't overeat—just eat until you're satisfied—and limit chocolates and candies for a better life.
