The content of my class meeting this afternoon is: look for touching moments. First, I introduced to the students the ordinary but extraordinary deeds of the persons who moved China in 2012. Although some students have heard of these people and things, they were still moved by their deeds. I told the children: it's easy to do good deeds for a day, and it's not difficult to do it for a week, but it's not easy for a year, several years or even decades. In fact, life is full of moving moments everywhere, as long as we pay attention, there will be moving moments everywhere. Then I told the children a lot about what moved me.
My son gave me a moving moment: last night, I was looking for an educational essay that I wrote for more than a month several months ago in the computer. It has tens of thousands of words, but someone accidentally deleted it, so I was in a bad mood. My son was nearby and was affected by me. I shouted at him angrily, but my son knew that I was in a bad mood, so he kept comforting me carefully. I was moved by his attitude. I thought: what kind of words are more important than a child's love? Therefore, my mood got better soon.
My father gave me a moving moment: my father is also a teacher, but my father is a teacher with great love. When I was a child, my father often helped one student after another. Some of them even contributed our sisters' rooms. He did it naturally, but every time I think about it, I am always deeply moved.
My students gave me a moving moment: being a teacher is really a happy thing because students always move me. The past students moved me, and the current students also moved me. I still remember a student from many years ago, who always wiped the chairs and desks for teachers before other teachers came to listen to my class. I still remember several years ago when I had to leave the students I only taught for half a year due to job transfer, they secretly prepared a farewell party. After I received their invitation, I only had one condition, which was "not to cry", and the students smiled and agreed. That evening was full of moving moments. I always remember the first sentence the students said: "Teacher, you are going to a place with developed economy, we can't stop you, but we will always remember you." I always remember the last program of the party - all the students stood on the stage and sang "Wish You All the Way Smooth" for me. There were tears in the students' eyes, but because of the promise of "not to cry", they were all controlling themselves. I still remember Liu Huan, who hugged me and cried loudly, but in order not to affect others, there were only running tears without any sound. I still remember various shaped messages in the glass bottles left by the students. I still remember that the students achieved the first place in the school weekly quantification score despite my absence for a week attending a conference. The current students also keep giving me moving moments: I remember Zhi Bin, who was afraid of being late, so he let his classmates call him at a fixed time to wake him up; I still remember the small figure competing with a group of taller classmates in the school sports meeting; I still remember the students helping to decorate the classroom well; I still remember the class fee donated by Xiao Yan before she transferred to another school... There are too many moving moments in my heart. Students, you must also have a lot of moving moments. I look forward to your sharing in next week's class meeting.
