2. Remove the filter core from the holding tray and pull it towards yourself.
3. Lift the sliding ring (gray) with your fingers and then remove the quick-connect fitting from the filter core. Similarly, remove the quick-connect fitting for the green sealing ring.
6. Remove the protective caps from the top of the new filter core (two pieces).
7. Connect the quick-connect fittings. Match the colors of the green and gray seals on the new filter core with the sliding rings and press them together.
