Strenuous exercise for those lacking exercise

People who usually lack exercise are prone to dizziness and headache when they participate in faster running and jumping exercises. Sometimes, they may also experience excessive sweating and nausea. This reflects the body's inability to provide the oxygen required for strenuous exercise. Fatigue or insufficient sleep can also cause these symptoms.

Insufficient heat within the body

When symptoms like dizziness occur after a period of exercise or near the end, especially under conditions where the external temperature is too high or too cold, it may be related to excessive consumption and insufficient supply of heat within the body.

Certain diseases causing

People suffering from chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, inner ear diseases, anemia, and hypertension are prone to dizziness and headaches during exercise. When middle-aged women experience dizziness, pallor, palpitations, and other symptoms during exercise, it is often associated with iron-deficiency anemia.

The following three points can effectively prevent headaches during exercise:

1. Do preparatory activities and cool down exercises well. Before each exercise session, adequate preparatory activities should be done, and after exercising, cool down exercises should be performed.

2. Ensure sufficient heat supply to the body. During long-term, moderate-intensity exercise, enough sugary foods should be consumed to avoid problems caused by insufficient heat during exercise.

3. Detect and treat over-fatigue in time. When over-fatigue occurs, active rest methods (such as leisurely walking or relaxing swimming) should be adopted to eliminate it promptly.
