Dali Tax Bureau has taken several measures:
1. Improving organizational structure: A leading group for creation work was established, headed by the "top leader" with members from various departments, clarifying work missions and requirements, strengthening job responsibilities, and providing strong organizational support for creation work.

3. Improving social systems: Combining work practices, they formulated and improved systems such as greening beautification maintenance, health management, tax services, attendance review, etc., laying a foundation for creation work. They advocate each tax cadre to take care of one pot of flowers, reduce the use of disposable items, purify and conserve resources, starting from the basics, implementing various measures in specific actions, ensuring the solid development of creation work.
4. Increasing financial investment: More than 100,000 yuan has been invested to continue energy-saving and emission-reduction efforts in the unit canteen, water heaters, toilets, etc. Regular inspections of water and power lines are conducted, and the lighting fixtures in the unit have been replaced with energy-saving lamps. Efforts are made to strengthen sewage treatment. Standardized signs, anti-corruption education walls, and system plaques are planned and constructed, enriching and improving collective activity rooms and sports venues.
5. Strengthening education and training: Organizing all personnel to carry out training on civilized etiquette knowledge, cultivating good and healthy work and life habits among cadres and employees, actively carrying out cashier qualification knowledge training, singing competitions, knowledge contests, essay contests, etc., creating a good atmosphere for the creation of a national health city work, and promoting the deep and rapid development of creation work.
