Microsoft Faces Embarrassing Situation with XP SP3 Crazy Reboots

Last Tuesday, Microsoft has fixed the issue that Windows Vista may keep restarting when upgrading to SP1. Recently, the same problem has occurred on XP SP3. After users install SP3, the system will enter a state of continuous restart. It is reported that this problem is related to the gdi32.dll of SP3.
