The Fraunhofer Institute claims that the next generation of OLED display technology could make screens completely transparent, with the ability to turn this feature on and off at will. It's easy to imagine that once OLED transparent display technology is successfully developed, LCD transparent display technology will soon follow. Perhaps by then, we could watch movies directly on a car's windshield, and previous PS experts won't need to make any image modifications to achieve stunning effects.
