**English Translation:**
For the Toshiba 289X6 TV, there are horizontal bright lines on the image which flash intermittently. At the same time as the image flickers, the speaker also emits a clicking noise.
**Analysis and Maintenance:** Since the failure affects both the video and audio when it occurs, it indicates that the fault lies in the common channel circuit. The key is to check the high-frequency head to the video intermediate frequency amplifier integrated circuit T51496, specifically pin 18 (video signal auxiliary output). The voltage measured at pin 18 of T51496 is 3.6V (normal), but it is slightly unstable. Continuing to check forward, the voltage at pins 4 and 5 (intermediate frequency input) of T51496 is found to be an unstable 2.4V. Upon inspecting the pre-intermediate amplifier tube and the surface acoustic wave filter, it was discovered that the internal contact of the surface acoustic wave filter was poor.
**Handling Method:** After replacing the surface acoustic wave filter, the fault was eliminated.
