Beijing Bosch Washing Machine After-sales Service Center Experience Summary.
Fault Analysis: There are two main reasons for this fault:
(1) The air pipe system of the pressure switch leaks or is blocked, so that although the actual water level has reached the set water level, the air pressure in the gas collection chamber of the pressure switch has not yet reached the specified pressure. Only by raising the water level can the pressure switch be activated.
(2) The elasticity of the water level control spring of the pressure switch increases, making it impossible to switch even if the air pressure in the gas collection chamber has reached the specified pressure. When the water level continues to rise, the pressure switch will act.
Fault Inspection: Try replacing the pressure switch and run a test. If the fault remains unchanged, it indicates that the pressure switch is intact. The Beijing Bosch Washing Machine Repair Center suggests that there is an issue with the air pipe of the pressure switch. Upon checking the air pipe system of the pressure switch, it was found that the air hose joint leaked, causing the air pressure in the gas collection chamber of the pressure switch to not reach the specified pressure, leading to the aforementioned fault. A small amount of 401 glue was applied to the leaking hose joint. After the glue dried, a machine test was conducted. The washing machine filled water normally, and the fault was resolved.
Bosch Washing Machine: Water intake only stops after exceeding the set water level.
