① Initial resistance and final resistance measurement. Measure the resistance of various filters under new filter material conditions and the resistance when they can no longer meet filtration requirements; the former is called initial resistance, and the latter is called final resistance. Starting from the initial resistance, the resistance of the filter gradually increases until it reaches the final resistance, which represents the service cycle of the filter. This measurement can help determine the time for replacing or cleaning the filter material to ensure the smooth operation of the central air conditioning system.
② Airflow measurement under different resistances. Measuring the airflow values of air filters under different resistances allows us to understand the changes in airflow from the initial resistance to the final resistance, enabling the selection of the optimal operating cycle.
③ Dust removal efficiency measurement of the filter. By measuring the dust content of the air before and after the filter, we can analyze the filtration and dust removal efficiency of the filter.
④ Automatic filter material winding function of the filter. The roller curtain filter is equipped with an automatic adjustment system that determines the automatic winding of the filter material based on the filter's resistance value. This function of the filter can also be measured. By simulating the phenomenon of increased resistance with the probe, the automatic winding filter material system can be activated to evaluate the sensitivity and reliability of the automatic control system.
