How is the commissioning procedure for the Jigao central air conditioning system?

The commissioning procedure is as follows:

(1) Pre-commissioning preparation: Before commissioning, the personnel should be familiar with the drawings of the air conditioning system to be commissioned, analyze the problems, organize a review meeting, find out the places where the quality is unqualified in design and construction installation, and formulate a commissioning plan according to the problems found; carefully check the instruments and tools used for commissioning; go to the site to inspect various equipment of the system.

(2) Inspection and testing of power distribution equipment: Carefully check the power distribution equipment of the air conditioning system, such as power distribution cabinets, motors, switches, etc., and conduct closing tests. Measure voltage, current, and relevant technical data.

(3) Trial operation of rotating equipment: Conduct trial operation checks on rotating equipment such as fans, water pumps, filter motors, and electric valves by manually turning the shafts, spot-checking, and trial operations.

(4) Measurement and adjustment of ventilator performance and system airflow: Measure the airflow of the ventilator, adjust the speed of the ventilator to make the airflow reach the design requirements; measure the airflow of the main duct, branch ducts, and outlets of the supply air duct, and adjust them to meet the design requirements.

(5) Measurement and adjustment of air treatment performance: Measure and adjust the performance curve, heat exchange efficiency, airflow, resistance, and other parameters of the spray chamber, surface cooler, heater, and humidifier; measure and adjust the airflow, initial resistance, final resistance of the air filter, and make the air treatment room reach the design requirements.

(6) Inspection, adjustment, and trial operation of automatic control devices: Measure the sensitivity and reliability of the dew point control system, secondary heating control system, and room temperature regulation system; inspect and adjust the automatic control devices to meet the design requirements; conduct trial operations of automatic control air conditioning operation.

(7) Testing and adjustment of airflow organization in the conditioned room: Test and adjust the airflow and wind speed of the supply and return air outlets, and adjust the supply air outlet so that the airflow organization in the room is reasonably arranged, the temperature difference is not large, and meets the design requirements.

(8) Comprehensive effect inspection and measurement of the air conditioning system: The comprehensive effect of the air conditioning system is to measure the operating conditions of each parameter of the air conditioning system at the inlet and outlet of the main equipment in the system and the supply and return air outlets of the room, whether the automatic control system is reliable, and test whether each equipment can run continuously and stably.

(9) Measurement and adjustment of other related items: In addition to the above adjustment items in the central air conditioning system, some other items can also be scheduled for commissioning, such as the measurement and adjustment of cooling water volume and temperature, the measurement and adjustment of steam flow and temperature, etc.
