On June 16th, the public security organ captured Li Mou. In the early hours of June 17th, the public security organ criminally detained Li Mou on suspicion of endangering public safety. It is understood that Li Mou, who had already accumulated 12 points due to multiple traffic violations and had his motor vehicle driver's license suspended, drove an unlicensed motor tricycle on the road and engaged in violent resistance to law enforcement by burning the tricycle, posing a significant threat to the lives and property of the public as well as public safety.
