Fault Phenomenon: The washing machine can drain water, but the drainage is slow.
Analysis and Inspection: After checking the drainage channel for any abnormalities (none found), we then inspected the drainage solenoid, discovering that it was unable to open the drainage valve. Using a multimeter, we measured that there was no 220V AC voltage input, thus determining the issue to be with the computer board and its associated components. We measured the computer board's output of 220V AC voltage, which was normal, leading us to suspect the fault might lie in the wiring harness assembly or the connector. Upon separately inspecting the wiring harness assembly and the connector, we found the connector to be damaged.
Repair Result: After replacing the connector, the machine was tested and the fault was resolved.
