Two Women Brought a Girl into the Store
The Girl Stole a Phone
The Woman is a Suspect
By our staff reporter (intern) Hong Lengleng, correspondent Gao Huiyong (with photos) - At around 7 PM the other night, two fashionable women brought a five or six-year-old, innocent-looking little girl into a men's clothing store on Gulou East Road in Fuzhou. The two women pretended to be buying clothes to distract the salesperson while the little girl took the opportunity to go around to the counter, opened a drawer, and stole the salesperson’s phone. All of this was captured by the store's surveillance camera.

Two women in their 30s brought a little girl into the store.
Xiao Wang and another salesperson greeted them. The two women strolled from the entrance all the way to the back of the store, then turned around, with the little girl happily skipping along, looking here and there.

One of the women, with short hair, pointed to some clothes across the way, indicating to Xiao Wang that she wanted to buy that type of clothing. The other woman with long hair stood nearby looking at clothes, while Xiao Wang's colleague watched from the side.
At this moment, the little girl quietly ran toward the counter, occasionally turning her head to check if the salesperson was watching. After confirming that no one was paying attention to her, the little girl quickly ran to the counter, opened the first drawer, but immediately closed it again. After pausing for one or two seconds, the little girl opened the drawer once more, took out a phone, and swiftly stuffed it into her small bag.
Then the little girl skipped over to find the two women.

The two women left the store with the little girl. The entire theft process took less than a minute. Around 8 PM that evening, Xiao Wang realized her phone was missing and quickly reported it to the police.
The police reminded shopkeepers that if they discover any clues related to the two female suspects, they can directly report to the Gudong Police Station (phone: 0591-87515378). The police stated that according to relevant laws such as the "Protection of Minors Law" and the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law," those who incite minors to commit crimes will be subject to heavier penalties.
