According to Ye Jianhua, after multiple investigations by the police officers, they found Li Xingfa, who had been "missing" for several days, in Yunnan yesterday. They also extracted blood samples from Li Xingfa.
According to Ye Jianhua, in order to clarify whether Li Xingfa and Li Fang are father and daughter, and to avoid wrongful convictions, they decided to conduct a DNA test on "Li Fang" and Li Xingfa. In mid-December, they sent police officers to Tianjin to extract the blood sample of "Li Fang." However, when the police were ready to extract Li Xingfa's blood sample, he "disappeared." Out of necessity, they dispatched multiple police officers to look for Li Xingfa. After sorting through Li Xingfa's social relationships layer by layer, the police finally found him at his daughter's home in Yunnan, where he had married into, and extracted Li Xingfa's blood sample. After persistently "seeking his wife and solving the case" for 20 years, Luo Kaiyou claimed that he had spent over a million yuan, but most of the attempts ended in failure. Yesterday, Yao Liangjun first appeared at his home in Xiaochangtianba Community, Minsheng Village, Qingcheng Township. Through the accounts of both Luo Kaiyou and Yao Liangjun, the process of Luo Kaiyou's 20-year journey of "seeking his wife and investigating the case" to clear his name was recounted again, with stories full of legendary color.
Recruiting "Undercover"
Luo Kaiyou's encounter was truly unjust.
In April this year, Luo Kaiyou's eighth sister accidentally met Yao Liangjun, who later introduced him to Luo Kaiyou. After learning about Luo Kaiyou's situation, Yao Liangjun felt that Luo Kaiyou "was really wronged."
Later, Luo Kaiyou learned through acquaintances that although Yao Liangjun had served two sentences in labor reform during his youth and was just released, he turned himself in.
