Just returning from the grocery store's mahjong parlor, Kang and his spouse were shocked by what they saw: their two children lying in a pool of blood. Their son was dead on the scene, and their daughter passed away on the way to the hospital. The police quickly determined it was a homicide case, and the suspect was soon identified.

The police arrived at Huangyuquan Township around 23:00 that night, and the crime scene at Kang's house was temporarily sealed off. After the incident, Vice Mayor and Public Security Bureau Chief of Changchun City, Gao Xuezhang, gave instructions requiring the Nongan County Public Security Bureau to solve the case quickly and eliminate social impact. Villagers Speculate That the Bloodbath is Related to Borrowing and Debt Collection

From the villagers, it was learned that Kang and his wife had one son (4 years old) and one daughter (16 years old). Kang used to be a foreman at a construction site and knew the father and son of villager Wang (26 years old). In the eyes of the villagers, the relationship between Kang and Wang's father and son was quite good. About a year ago, Kang borrowed 4700 yuan from Wang (the exact amount provided by the villagers has not been verified), and Wang had repeatedly asked Kang for repayment without success. Kang believed that since Wang's father had injured him, Wang's father owed him medical expenses, so he could not repay Wang's money. Villagers said that Kang's intention was to offset the money he owed Wang with the medical expenses owed by Wang's father. After the bloodbath occurred, some villagers secretly speculated that this incident was related to borrowing and debt collection.
Villagers Analyze That the Suspect Was Prepared When He Came Twice
After failing to collect the debt, Wang left Kang's house and found Kang and his wife in a nearby mahjong parlor. Villagers said that at the time, Wang asked Kang to lend him a car (a new purchase by Kang), but Kang refused, saying the car was broken, which made Wang somewhat angry. Not long after he left, a neighbor informed Kang that something had happened at home...
Upon returning home, Kang discovered his daughter covered in blood in the yard of the neighbor in the west (the daughter crossed the courtyard wall to seek help from the neighbor after being injured), while his son inside the house had blue-purple lips and was already dead. While sending his daughter to the hospital, she mentioned Wang's name on the way... Some villagers said that when Wang found Kang again and asked to borrow the car, he might have already had a premeditated plan, and upon failing to borrow the car, he returned to Kang's house and harmed the children.
Grasping Clues, Suspect May Soon Be Arrested
Wang, 26 years old, unmarried, was identified by the police as a major suspect.
Although Kang's daughter passed away on the way to the hospital, mentioning Wang's name played a critical role in the police's further investigation. The police investigated and found that after the incident, Wang took a taxi and left, gradually forming a chain of clues. The police stated that they have already grasped significant case-breaking clues, and the suspect will be arrested soon.
The loss of their child dealt a severe blow to Kang and his wife. Villagers said that the couple was almost collapsed on the bed. As of 19:00 last night, the investigation was still ongoing.
