The ball mill mainly consists of cylindrical shell, end cover, bearing and large gear ring etc.

Shell: Steel balls or steel bars with a diameter of 25mm-150mm are installed inside the cylinder, which is called grinding medium. The loading quantity is 25%-50% of the entire effective volume of the cylinder.

End cover: There are end covers at both ends of the cylinder, which are connected to the flange at the end of the cylinder by screws. There is a hole in the middle of the end cover, called hollow journal.

Bearing: The hollow journal is supported on the bearing, so that the cylinder can rotate.

Large gear ring: Fixed on the cylinder.
