The theme of this art festival is "the sunshine is with me, and the book fragrance accompanies my growth", which shows the image of teachers in the new era and displays the artistic demeanor of children in the new era. Its goal is to enrich students' school cultural life, show students' artistic quality, cultivate students' practical ability, and further promote the development of our school's art education. Overall, the organization of the art was very successful and achieved the expected goals. Specifically, it is reflected in the following aspects:
1. Student-centered, full participation.
At the beginning of this semester, the music and art groups carefully studied and researched according to the work plan and formulated a feasible activity plan. After being studied and demonstrated by the school leadership team and adjusted many times, the plan was finalized in early March.
The content of the event includes two major parts: art and music, consisting of an exhibition of art achievements and a cultural evening. The school's music and art group started early to focus on cultivating talented students, requiring that the programs arranged must be able to showcase the level of professional teachers.
From the situation of the event, all students could actively participate in this art festival. First, it is reflected in that the music and art classes also became part of the art festival activities. The music subject strengthened the practice of mouth harps and dance school-based courses, allowing most students to participate in the activities.
2. Grand and festive, showcasing skills.
To increase the festive atmosphere of the art festival and make it a holiday for the children, the setting of art festival projects and the form of activities fully respected the children's wishes, making each activity a popular artistic feast for the children.
The project design was fresh. New additions such as musicals, song medleys, and rhythmic music clappers greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of the students. Especially the teacher's program, when the teachers took the stage, the young audience below were all filled with passion and high spirits.
The atmosphere was well created. The school specially rented a stage, sound system, red grand archway; students below formed square teams by grade, each with their own symbols, some waving colorful balloon sticks, glow sticks, haha clappers; some holding colorful bouquets; others held national flags, continuously expressing their inner joy; even more small actors brought their own relatives and friends, taking digital cameras or video cameras to record the performance as a keepsake...
The purpose of art is originally to entertain the mind and body, but its expression must be meticulously planned and dare to create. The performances on stage were all very engaging, capturing everyone's attention, even the teachers were amazed at how many talented people there are in the school who can sing and dance well. Calligraphy, paper cutting, origami, and painting attracted a large number of parents and students to come and admire... The art festival revealed the children's creative nature and confident qualities, becoming a big stage for them to showcase their personal style.
3. Rich projects, extremely wonderful.
Although the preparation time for this art festival was short, the event projects were rich and wonderful. The event was divided into two parts: the opening ceremony in the daytime, the exhibition of art achievement works, and the cultural evening in the evening. Among these, the cultural performances included 14 programs such as dance, rhythmic music clappers, musicals, ancient poetry new singing, mouth harp performances, and instrumental solos.
Just looking at the cultural program performances on the evening of the 28th. The dance "Raising Hand Speaking" performed by the school dance team showed the scene of students in class listening attentively, thinking carefully, and speaking up; the children in the musical "Happy Big Cleaning" acted vividly; the ancient poetry new singing cleverly combined Tang poems with songs; the rhythmic music clapper "Campus Routine Remembered In Heart" not only had graceful dance moves, but the lyrics were also very well written, singing out that we are confident, sunny, healthy, and happy individuals... What excited the children even more was the teacher's program dance "Zaxi Delie Tianlu Feeling" which made a dazzling appearance, the children were so moved that they stood up; the children cheered together, applause and cheers echoed in unison, the children gave the warmest applause to the most energetic teachers, wishing the teachers to stay young forever.
Thank you Principal Zhao, because of his personal involvement, everyone's thoughts were more valued, and the programs were more refined; thank you to the teachers in the music group, thanks to their highly creative designs, the programs were full of vitality; thank you to all the male teachers, because of them, the logistics work was meticulous; more importantly, thank you to the front-line Chinese and math teachers, because of them, the relationship between classroom and extracurricular activities was coordinated, smoothing out the relationship between teaching and activities, ensuring that under the premise of not affecting normal teaching, this activity was organized with high quality.

Five, one shortcoming, several suggestions.
In the early stages of this art festival, we were busy preparing for the national inspection; in the middle stages, teaching activities were extremely frequent, teacher training activities were relatively concentrated, and many teachers were sent out for training; in the later stages, it was also the annual sports festival, causing some tension and conflict in the time arrangement, resulting in many art works and art performances before the art festival display activities only being relatively excellent, still having a lot of room for improvement. Due to limited energy from the music teachers, although each teacher was responsible for rehearsing 5 or 6 programs for this party, the teachers were indeed overwhelmed. To better play the educational role of the art festival activities in the future, it is suggested to improve in the following aspects.
1. Formulate a feasible activity plan. The plan must be comprehensive, specific, and clear, with each person responsible for their own tasks. This reduces the impact on subject teaching while also improving the quality and level of the activities.
2. The responsibility of arranging programs should not just fall on the music teachers, programs can be selected through competitions.
The grand and festive second campus culture and art festival came to a perfect end amidst the applause and laughter of teachers, students, and parents, but its influence did not stop.
