Dear Leaders and Colleagues,

Erdos Recruitment Network in Inner Mongolia

I now present the report of the library journal department as follows:

1. I have actively participated in the political study of the school, held high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the "Three Represents," pursued political progress, and maintained consistency with the Central Committee of the Party in action. I have implemented the spirit of the documents from the "17th Congress" of the Party into practical work. Under the guidance of the school's party committee and the library leadership, I have worked proactively and diligently at the west campus, loving my job and dedicating myself to it without regrets. I have cooperated well with colleagues and others, striving for continuous improvement.

2. Since working at the west campus, during the first half of XX year, I received 13,370 students, input data for 620 journals, and organized 3,007 issues off the shelves. After moving to the east campus, I quickly adapted to the heavy task of relocating the journals. Under the meticulous planning and implementation by Director Hao, I innovatively approached my work. Facing thousands of students at the east campus, along with Teacher Li Gang, we demonstrated a spirit of hard work. I possess excellent professional qualities and a solid work style. With rich practical experience and work experience in journal management, I have a clear understanding of digital journal management. I can think from the readers' perspective, implement strategies effectively, and successfully completed the relocation task.

Before the move, Teacher Li Gang and I planned the arrangement of tables, the orderly placement of journals, and the location of eighteen cabinets weighing over a ton each. During the move, the cabinets were unable to fit through the door due to a 20mm difference. We sought help from the General Affairs Office and eventually had to handle the situation ourselves when the moving company left. Under the guidance of Director Hao, Teacher Li Gang and I personally found people to lift each of the eighteen cabinets, which weighed over a ton, through a door modified by cutting off 20mm. It was a hot September day, and everyone sweated profusely, working tirelessly. The scenes of male colleagues working shirtless are still vivid in my memory; the cries of "one-two, one-two" echoed constantly.

After the relocation in the second half of the year, we started receiving 30 people and gradually increased to serving 40,900 students, setting a record for the library journal department in terms of reader reception. From September to November, we input data for 1,616 journals. We also moved 200 chairs, 30 tables, about 500 bound journals, and 40 bundles of newspapers.

From practical work experience, I realized that no matter how capable an individual is, they cannot match the power of a good team spirit. I have united well with colleagues Zhang Li, Li Gang, Zhang Xiaxia, and newcomer Zuo to complete, maintain, and implement the library journal department's work excellently! Faithfully executing the strategic decision of the school's party committee and library to win decisively in the east campus.

At the east campus, I haven't taken a single sick or personal day off, even when there were family matters. I ensure accuracy in journal data entry and have a clear understanding and unique insight into student readers' needs. I know what the children need and hope for. Besides their tight vocational studies, they also need accumulation and nourishment in knowledge across moral, intellectual, physical, and mental development.

Examples:

- How do you find employment?

- How do you deal with technical interviews?

- How do you conduct yourself in your first conversation with a potential employer?

- How do you use the knowledge and skills you've learned to survive and thrive in Zhengzhou?

- How do you use digitized journals?

- How do you utilize the resources of a digital online library?

- How do you pay attention to your physical and mental health amidst intense studies?

- As a librarian, how do I regularly communicate with readers and solicit their opinions?

- As a librarian, how do I provide quality service to different types of readers?

Regarding the subscription work for the 2010 journals at the east campus, under Director Hao's guidance, I could combine my decades of foresight regarding library journals, carefully screening and integrating top national journal resources to better serve the readers. I often worked late into the night, checking orders until eleven o'clock, aiming accurately to satisfy the diverse needs of readers as much as possible.

Dear leaders and colleagues,

There will be times when we ride the wind and cleave the waves, hoisting our sails straight to cross the vast sea.

I have smoothly completed the glorious tasks assigned by the school's party committee and the library, thanks to the cultivation of the leaders and the care of my colleagues. This is the honor and achievement of the excellent group within the library, crystallizing the collective wisdom of this excellent team! Looking back on the journey of the journal department, from closed borrowing to open reading to digital management, all these achievements come from the willingness of the excellent library team to remain humble and make famous contributions. An individual, if separated from the group, would be like water without a source or a tree without roots.

I still have many mistakes and shortcomings, and I sincerely ask for criticism and correction from the leaders and colleagues.
