Beijing Unicom and Wanda launch a movie discount event
Recently, Beijing Unicom announced that from now until July 31st, Beijing Unicom has joined hands with Wanda International Cinema to jointly launch an event titled "Customize Unicom services, enjoy exclusive movie discounts."
Beijing Unicom revealed that during the event period, all users of Beijing Unicom who subscribe to the annual version of the "Mobile Movie Bulletin" need only pay an information fee of 20 yuan, which is a 4-yuan discount compared to single-month subscription (2 yuan/month); users who subscribe to the annual version of the "Car Violation Automatic Notification" service need only pay an information fee of 10 yuan, which is a 2-yuan discount compared to single-month subscription (1 yuan/month). Thus, relative to single-month subscriptions, the annual subscription offers an 8.3% discount. More importantly, users who subscribe to either of these two services can receive a free movie discount card worth 240 yuan. Within its one-year validity period, users can use it once every month, enjoying a 20-yuan discount on ticket purchases each time. If users subscribe to both services, they will receive two "movie discount cards" and can transfer one to others.
Users can send the text message "CB" to subscribe to the annual version of Unicom's "Mobile Movie Bulletin"; sending the text message "CB" to 106558800016 subscribes to the annual version of Unicom's "Car Violation Automatic Notification" service. Before July 31st, with the confirmation SMS sent by "106558800016", users can exchange for Wanda Cinema's "movie discount card" at any Unicom-owned business hall in the city. After August 1st, it can be collected at the Xikezhan Business Hall (phone number 63999186). The user's mobile phone number will be registered on the discount card to ensure the user's "exclusive rights." When collecting the "movie discount card," the staff will delete the SMS from the user's phone. The "movie discount card" cannot be used alone; when using it, the system will verify whether the mobile phone number used by the user matches the number registered on the card.
