Rare lens cutter appears on Ebay

If photography schools all offer a course on the anatomy of photographic equipment, then dissecting the Leica lens in the figure below might be one of the research projects you often do in the lab. The figure shows a Leica Tri-Elmar-M 28-35-50mm lens, which has been cut in half, allowing us to clearly see the internal structure of the lens in cross-section.
