To Teachers

Teacher, you stand on the podium without regret,

So towering, so perfect.

With a wave of your pointer,

Dozens of bright, innocent eyes,

Dozens of naive, pure little heads,

All follow your thoughts as they soar up and down.

These little emperors from home,

Now, like Pickled Cabbage Superhero Part Eight - Pickled Cabbage and the Cat, are as gentle as lambs,

Led by you to roam in the ocean of knowledge.

Teacher, when you smile,

The sky clears up.

When your face turns cloudy,

Rain begins in the children's hearts.

If you smile at a child,

That child brims with pride for days.

If you roar at a child,

That child has nightmares for nights.

Teacher, after you say fish can fly and birds can swim,

If anyone says it’s wrong,

Your students will roll up their sleeves and argue fiercely.

Teacher, you are the embodiment of authority, knowledge, and truth,

You are the divine child sent by God to manage the young.

Teacher, you have an ageless face,

Forever accompanying the golden childhood of children.

After many years,

When the children have grown up,

In their minds,

The teacher is always so youthful,

So young.

No matter how time gallops on,

When they talk about their childhood teachers and mischief,

They are still deeply moved.

Teacher, your income is not much,

But you bear the heavy trust of parents.

Your work is filled with sweat,

Yet the flowers in the campus bloom so fresh and beautiful.

Teacher, you are the bridge for children's growth,

The campus is pure because of you,

The world is brighter because of you.

On September 10th, your festival,

Society and parents sincerely wish you

Happiness forever, beauty forever.
