Currently, due to some motor vehicle drivers failing to handle non-on-site traffic violations in a timely manner, there are cases where drivers accumulate multiple non-on-site violations but do not go to the public security traffic management department for investigation and processing. Drivers continue to operate their vehicles illegally even when their licenses reach 12 points within a scoring cycle, resulting in situations where vehicles cannot pass the annual inspection due to unresolved violations. According to Article 90 of the "Chongqing Road Traffic Safety Regulations," the traffic police will soon conduct on-road inspections and checks, taking measures such as temporarily confiscating documents, controlling vehicle annual inspections, and exposing vehicle license plates to urge owners and managers of vehicles with non-on-site traffic violations to accept handling.

To quickly inform drivers about non-on-site enforcement violation records, the traffic police headquarters has recently strengthened its cooperation with the postal service, ensuring timely delivery of the "Traffic Violation Notice." Meanwhile, after entering non-on-site violation information, it is published on the Public Security Traffic Management Information Network within three working days, providing query services. Drivers can check violation records on 300 platforms in Chongqing.

The Chongqing Traffic Police Headquarters kindly reminds all drivers to check their vehicle violation records once a month. If any violations are found, they should immediately go to the traffic police station to receive penalties.
