At 2 pm on the afternoon of the 7th, more than 30 staff members from four departments: Wangguan Zhuang Office, Wangguan Zhuang Enforcement Team of the Shizhong District Urban Management Bureau, Wangguan Zhuang Sanitation Institute, and Wangguan Zhuang Community Committee No.1, gathered in front of Unit 2 of Building 5 in Zone 3 of Wangguan Zhuang Residential Area for an on-site inspection of the "iron shed sold at a high price of 8000 yuan". Subsequently, the staff came up with a "forced demolition" plan, and in about 20 minutes, the iron shed of several square meters was removed.
Speaking of the handling of illegal iron sheds, Captain Zhang of the Wangguan Zhuang Enforcement Team of the Shizhong District Urban Management Bureau introduced that on the 3rd, after seeing the report in our newspaper titled "Privately Built Iron House for Sale", they immediately went to the community committee to understand the situation. It was learned that the owner who publicly put the iron shed for sale had just moved in recently. When they bought the house, they also bought the iron shed together. But since they did not need it in their daily life, they posted a notice of "publicly selling for 8000 yuan".
On the 4th, the law enforcement officers found the owner and requested them to "demolish it by themselves". At that time, the owner strongly resisted and did not agree. In the afternoon of the 5th, the law enforcement officers saw that they still had no action, so they removed the notice of "selling for 8000 yuan". On the 6th, after waiting another day, the iron shed was still not demolished. Thus, according to relevant regulations, on the 7th, the staff carried out a "forced demolition" on the iron shed. "In fact, these few days we have been waiting for the owner, hoping that they would demolish it by themselves. After such a long time with no action, we could only carry out the forced demolition."
After the iron shed was removed, the staff found a prepared base for building an iron shed in front of Unit 1 of Building 5. In order to prevent residents from building new iron sheds, the staff also removed the base.
