I. Surface treatment of Beijing stone renewed floor:
1. Newly completed industrial floor must be maintained for a certain period before construction, approximately 28 days.
2. Remove the cement slurry, old paint, and attached garbage and debris on the surface.
3. Thoroughly remove oil stains and treat with oil remover cleaning agent.
4. Drain standing water and ensure damp areas are thoroughly dry.
5. Surface cleaning should be done using a dust-free sweeper and large vacuum cleaner.
6. The allowable gap on a smooth surface is 2~2.5mm, moisture content below 6%, and pH value between 6~80.
7. Roughening of the floor surface requires the use of a dust-free grinder, followed by thorough cleaning with a vacuum cleaner.
8. Fill holes and obvious depressions on the floor surface with putty, scrape flat, and after solidifying, sand and clean with a vacuum.
II. Application of sealing coating
1. On treated, clean, and level concrete surfaces, apply one coat of epoxy sealing primer using high-pressure airless spraying or roller application.
2. Epoxy sealing paint has strong permeability; when applying the primer, add a certain amount of thinner so that the diluted primer can penetrate into the base layer, enhancing the adhesion between the coating and the base layer. The application must be continuous without interruption, and the amount applied should be just enough to saturate the surface.
3. Local missed areas can be brushed to touch up, and any excess primer on the surface must be sanded before the next process.
