Sina Technology News, Beijing Time, evening of April 13th - Twitter's first "Chirp Developers Conference" will take place over two days on April 14th and 15th (Beijing time), in San Francisco, USA. In addition to many developers from around the world, well-known companies such as Google, Facebook, and Amazon will also send teams to attend. Sina Technology has already dispatched staff to the U.S., who will live-stream this conference throughout.

The second day of the event is set to happen at the Herbst Pavilion of Fort Mason Center in San Francisco. There will be a 24-hour "Hack Day" event for third-party developers of Twitter. The "Hack Day" will gather the largest number of businesses and projects within the Twitter ecosystem, select some products for display, and form a special team to discuss the opportunities discovered by these new projects. The exhibition rules are: the project must be less than one year old, have received less than $1 million in funding, and its developer must be present at the Hack Day on April 15th. Sina Technology will interview the attending developers and bring back the latest information on Twitter application development as soon as possible.

It will focus on discussions about OAuth, streaming media, geolocation, business strategies, mobile integration, and product roadmaps. Keynote speakers will include Twitter co-founder Biz Stone, co-founder and CEO Evan Williams, and Director of Platform Operations Ryan Sarver.
