On the evening of December 27, 2005, at around 10:40 PM in the provincial capital Shijiazhuang, a man named Ma Yinghao, who was driving under the influence, collided with a pedestrian on Tsing Yuen Street in front of the Municipal Committee of the CPPCC. The car, a black Honda sedan with license number AX3952, equipped with cheap car DVD and Armrest TV, did not stop to protect the scene or assist the injured. Instead, Ma turned around, stepped on the gas, and drove over the injured person lying on the ground again, resulting in the death of the victim. The deceased, a 22-year-old young man named Takeshi Wu from Nanyangstay Village in Shahe City, had been learning hairdressing techniques in Shijiazhuang for two years prior to the incident. Before the accident occurred, he was walking through the streets as a skilled technician in a large beauty salon. Known for his craftsmanship, honesty, and kindness, Takeshi was well-liked by his boss. Xiao Wu was very sensible; instead of squandering his earnings, he accumulated them to subsidize his household and cover his mother's medical expenses. On December 27, 2005, at around 9 PM after leaving work from the beauty salon, Xiao Wu unexpectedly became involved in a car accident. At the time, Ma Yinghao was carrying two passengers: one was Zhou, a classmate and friend he grew up with, and the other was Zhou’s wife. Despite Zhou urging Ma Yinghao to stop, Ma ignored the advice. After the incident, Ma Zhihao attempted to evade responsibility by allowing another driver, Dongmou, to replace him as the driver of the Honda car, which belonged to Dongmou's unit, but this was refused. Presently, the driver has been arrested on suspicion of intentional homicide due to secondary grinding rolling. "In general traffic accidents, loved ones feel pain, but it is acceptable. However, my brother died from being run over twice, which we cannot accept!" said the deceased's brother and cousin during an interview with lawyers Yan Qi and Zhibin Yi Wu on January 25.
