Currently, there are only a few new commercial housing projects in the South Shatan area, such as Tianhe Renjia and Huayuan Champion City, with not many new listings. Huayuan Champion City is a fully furnished project, and its average selling price has increased from 8,800 yuan/square meter in the middle of last year to the current 11,000 yuan/square meter.
