Intel Officially Releases 45nm Quad-core Processor

Using the all-new transistor process, Intel Corporation released a series of as many as 16 Xeon processors, and began to occupy an overwhelming advantage in performance, energy consumption and parallel processing capability in the current general-purpose processor market.
