3. Relevant proof materials such as a purchase contract or letter of intent, etc., related to office buildings;
4. Other materials required by the Construction Bank’s handling agency.
II. Investigation: The Construction Bank’s handling agency or a law firm (or notary office) entrusted by the Construction Bank will conduct an investigation into the materials provided by the borrower.
III. Approval: The Construction Bank’s handling agency will review the borrower's application according to standards.
IV. Borrower opens an account, receives a savings card, and signs the loan contract.
V. Processing of relevant guarantee procedures for mortgage, guarantee, pledge, and insurance.
VI. The loan contract takes effect, and funds are transferred to the developer's account.
