Jaw Crusher Purpose and Applicable Scope: The jaw crusher is the most common type of crusher in the crushing industry. This machine is widely used in mining, construction materials, chemical, and metallurgical industries. It can perform coarse and medium crushing operations on various ores and rocks with compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa. Working Principle: Driven by an electric motor through belts and pulleys, the eccentric shaft causes the movable jaw to move up and down. When the movable jaw moves downward, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw decreases, and the material is crushed by pressure. When the movable jaw moves upward, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw increases, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of tie rods and springs. At this point, the crushed material is discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing chamber.
