Air tickets, aviation personal accident insurance, and phone cards are almost essential travel items for every business traveler. Starting today, travelers will be able to enjoy one-stop guarantee services for travel communication, air tickets, and aviation accidental injury insurance. Yesterday, the China Air Transport Association (hereinafter referred to as: CATSA) officially launched the national service hotline "950137" in Beijing. At the same time, it was announced that all customers using the "Business Travel One-Stop Communication" service under the 950137 brand will be gifted aviation personal accident insurance services.

The 950137 hotline and "Business Travel One-Stop Communication" is a new service system developed by CATSA in collaboration with professional telecommunications enterprises specifically for business travelers. Customers can obtain preferential services for their designated telephone numbers, and as users of the communication product, they will also receive a one-time 7-day aviation personal accident insurance coverage with a maximum compensation amount of 5 million yuan. A one-stop purchase channel provides air tickets, communication products, and insurance simultaneously, making it more value-added and convenient. This initiative by CATSA will effectively reduce the cost and time expenses for business travelers during their travels.

In addition, apart from protecting the interests of the insured in aspects such as information transmission and inquiries, another innovation of this project is the insurance supervision function that can be achieved by CATSA's national customer service center. Through seamless integration of multiple systems including communication products, original ticket information from China Air Ticketing & Information Network (CATIN), and core data from insurance companies, the aviation passenger insurance information and aviation ticket related information queried through CATSA can not only more effectively ensure the validity of the insurance but more importantly, in case of an accident, the insured can obtain the insurance company's protection in the first instance. Compared to the traditional method where the insured person’s information is solely provided by the insurance industry after an accident, this approach is more transparent.

The cooperation service between CATSA and Ping An of China will start in Beijing and gradually be promoted nationwide.
