Willcom concept phone

This "stick," a concept phone design collaboration between Japan's Willcom and Sanyo, can be described as incredibly simple—no screen at all. The only feature that might stand out is its three rows of small bumps resembling a massage stick. However, it does boast an extraordinary special function: using a single AA battery (of course, Sanyo recommends their own Eneloop rechargeable batteries), it can remain on standby for 250 hours or support continuous calls for 5 hours. Based on the available data, it seems to only support the PHS system (probably also to save power?).
