Due to heavy fog, starting at around 4 o'clock in the morning today (the 24th), some highways within Zhejiang province began to close. For more details, we connect with Wang Quan of China Central Radio stationed in Zhejiang.

Host: Can you tell us when the heavy fog started today? What is the visibility like now?

Reporter: The fog started at midnight, and the situation in Hangzhou is slightly better than before. In the early morning, the visibility was about 400 meters. According to information from the Zhejiang Provincial Highway Traffic Police Command Center, due to the heavy fog, some highways within Zhejiang province began to close at 4 o'clock this morning. By 7 o'clock in the morning, except for Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou, Shangsan, Hangzhou-Xin'an-Jingdezhen, Long-Li-Li-Long, and Taizhou-Jinhua expressways, all other highways within the province were closed. This dense fog is mainly concentrated in the northern part of Zhejiang province, with a significant impact on the Jiaxing section, and the Hangzhou ring expressway was also temporarily closed due to the fog.

Host: Now that multiple highways are in a closed state, will this likely have a significant impact on vehicles traveling back and forth? When might this heavy fog dissipate?

Reporter: It may have a relatively large impact on vehicles traveling on the highway. However, according to yesterday's situation (on the 23rd), as there was also heavy fog yesterday, it generally dissipated between 10 to 11 o'clock in the morning.
