After a long historical period, since the Mafa people created a brand new civilization, the Orc tribe began to decline and retreated to the southern region - Stone Plains. The Orcs, unwilling to accept their defeat, sought to pass down an ancient summoning ritual through the Half-Orcs. This ritual was intended to absorb worldly energy to increase the strength of their clan, allowing them to rise again. This ritual could only be summoned once every thousand years. In the year 1683 of the Mafa calendar, this moment arrived again. However, as the Orcs secretly conducted the ritual, an unexpected event occurred. The ritual suddenly lost control, causing many creatures in the Mafa continent to lose their nature. Moreover, due to this erroneous ritual, an ancient dark force that had been sealed away during the early ages was re-summoned. The entire Mafa continent was about to fall into an unprecedented catastrophe...

The peace-loving Mafa people, who hadn't experienced war for a long time, were completely unable to handle the sudden situation and were forced to retreat to the northernmost part of the Mafa continent - Crescent Moon Island. Fortunately, Crescent Moon Island's unique geographical location surrounded by sea temporarily ensured the safety of the Mafa people. To return to their Mafa homeland, the Mafa people tried every possible way but were never able to break through the encirclement. At this critical moment of life and death, the Mafa people discovered an ancient Mafa civilization on the other end of Crescent Moon Island and were fortunate enough to meet a group of warriors who still practiced the ancient ways of their ancestors. With the help of these warriors, the Mafa people began arduous training. The warriors taught the Mafa people how to fight and fought side by side with them in bloody battles. Starting from breaking out of Crescent Moon Island and moving southward, after ten years of hard warfare, they finally reclaimed several important towns such as Mengzhong and Bishi.

The group of warriors who initially led the Mafa people out of their predicament became the spiritual leaders of the Mafa people, receiving great respect and being revered by later generations as "Heroes." Although the Mafa people achieved partial victory, the Mafa continent was still in dire straits. Influenced by the dark forces, most of the Mafa creatures lost their nature and became bloodthirsty mutant races. The Mafa continent had become unrecognizable. The Mafa people felt deep sorrow and realized that only by continuously strengthening themselves through practice could they counteract this dark force until it was permanently expelled from the Mafa continent, ultimately saving the Mafa creatures from threat.

However, during prolonged warfare, the Mafa people faced increasingly severe shortages of resources. People had no choice but to risk venturing into dangerous caves shrouded in darkness to reclaim precious resources to sustain their fighting needs. One day, a wanderer accidentally discovered a secret passage leading to a hidden base within Mengzhong City. Ancient texts found in the secret passage recorded that this hidden base was once the ancient capital left behind by the Mafa ancestors, containing a large amount of buried resources and treasures!

Later, the Mafa people built a city around this base and called it: Shabake. Due to the concentration of large amounts of resources and personnel, over time, the power center of Mafa gradually shifted from Bishi City to the current Shabake. This city, symbolizing honor and power, attracted countless warriors' admiration and following, while also triggering prolonged wars between different guilds. Unknowingly, the Mafa people drifted further and further away from their original dream of driving away the dark forces and saving the Mafa creatures.

Over the years, the political power in Shabake kept changing... The dark forces continued to spread uncontrollably...

Between desires and dreams, how should the Mafa people make their choices? And who will determine the future fate of the Mafa continent?
