This interactive LED coffee table uses 480 super bright white LEDs and 24 near-infrared light sensors. These lights will be lit when an object is placed near the top of the table, and it does look cool. The switches and wires are hidden under the table. Such an interactive LED coffee table seems to be not very useful, but its price is exorbitant, at $1500-$2100.
