Fault Symptoms:

1. On the XP system, the disk icon can be seen and it can also be opened. However, files inside cannot be deleted or copied/pasted, and the USB drive cannot be formatted. When attempting to format via right-click, a message is prompted indicating that the formatting cannot be completed.

2. On the XP system, only the disk icon can be seen but it cannot be opened, with a prompt asking if you want to format it. Selecting "Yes" still fails to format the drive, and the disk space shows as zero. Checking the properties via right-click reveals that the partition format has changed to RAW format.
