USB drive cannot be formatted, turned into RAW format solution

Fault Phenomenon:

1. On the XP system, the disk icon can be seen and opened. However, the files inside cannot be deleted or copied/pasted, and the USB drive cannot be formatted. When attempting to format via right-click, a message is displayed indicating that the formatting cannot be completed.

2. On the XP system, only the disk icon can be seen, but it cannot be opened. A prompt appears asking if you want to format the disk. If you select "Yes," the formatting still fails. Additionally, the disk space shows as zero, and when checking the properties via right-click, the partition format has changed to RAW format.
