The American financial magazine Forbes has selected the world's top ten "celebrity restaurants" with Hong Kong's China Club and Beijing's Mean轩 making the list. The ten high-end restaurants and clubs are scattered around the globe, with four located in the U.S. alone, three in Europe, and three in Asia.

Hong Kong's China Club is an exclusive private social club for affluent Chinese individuals, founded and operated by Hong Kong celebrity Michael Chang Ying-kwong, who established the China Club in 1991 with an investment of HK$40 million. The restaurant of the China Club is located on the 14th floor of the former Bank of China building on Bank Street in Central, Hong Kong Island, and is renowned for its exquisite dim sum. It has now become a venue for executives to conduct business negotiations and engage in social networking. Since the China Club operates under a membership system, access to the restaurant is restricted to members only. The restaurant boasts a collection of antiques and cultural relics.
