The responsibilities and obligations of car rental companies and renters

Responsibilities of the car rental company:

1. Ensure that the vehicle is in good condition when rented out, with spare tires, tools and other accessories fully available and effective, and clearly hand over to the lessee;

2. Be responsible for all types of insurance, taxes and management fees related to the vehicle as stipulated;

3. Be responsible for regular maintenance and repairs of the rented vehicles;

4. Send the rented vehicles to designated repair shops for maintenance;

5. Assist the lessee in handling traffic accidents and processing claims according to the insurer's regulations;

Responsibilities of the car lessee:

The lessor shall be responsible for normal repairs, maintenance, annual inspection and insurance of the vehicle. Any losses caused by the lessee's delay in maintaining or inspecting the vehicle shall be borne entirely by the lessee.
