The invention discloses a composite material manufacturing technology which uses modified nano-kaolin instead of nano-montmorillonite as the flame retardant synergist filler, retaining the advantages of halogen-free, phosphorus-free flame retardant composite materials. It contains matrix resin, flame retardant, flame retardant synergist, lubricant and antioxidant; the matrix resin is a blend of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, thermoplastic elastomer, and graft compound.
